What’s Next? is a powerful 6-session coaching program that has helped hundreds of people to take stock of their strengths, values and priorities, get clear about what they want, and then take action. Designed by Master Coach and Career Strategist Michele Woodward.

If you are at a phase in your life where you do not know what to do next, such as retirement, return to civilian life, or recently empty-nested the What’s Next program can help you. It has been proven to be highly valuable for people that were unhappy, needing help in entering their next life-path, or wanting to figure out their real passions.

The What’s Next Program Includes:

I offer the program in three formats, a tele-class for the individual, groups of  5 – 8 tele-class, and as a multi-part workshop. The core of the program is the same:

1. Several assessments to find your strengths, values, and priorities
2. Tools and worksheets to hone-in on your life plan, balance, and desires
3. Guidance in creation of your action plan to move you towards your goals
4. Coaching throughout the process

The Cost

Individual package – $600

• Includes 6- 60 minute coaching tele-sessions plus several assessments and tools

Group package – $500 / person (for parties of 5 – 8)

• You get 6- 90 minute coaching tele-sessions, assessments and tools

Workshop

Refund Policy – If after completion of the What’s Next program you are not satisfied, 10% of the fee will be refunded to you.

If you have a burning issue, something is blocking you from achieving your goals, or a perplexing work situation then the Align/Mentor 60-minute session is for you. I will work with you in a focused discussion by phone, asking questions, and then together we will develop a plan to help you to take next steps. If you have coached with me the Align/Mentor 60-Minute Session is a good check-in to help you in navigating change and to gain additional support. Whatever your issue it is my goal to help you to move forward as the result of our work together during the Align/Mentor 60-Minute Session. $160 /session. If you are grappling with discontent in your job, wanting to re-enter the workforce after a longterm absence, or recently unemployed Career Coaching is designed to help you move forward with confidence. In six individual, one-hour tele-sessions I will coach you in finding your strengths, values, and priorities, guide you in addressing work-issues,  help you to identify the job you have passion for and prepare you to go for the job you want.
