A Memorial Day Reflection
I know that Memorial Day is approaching because a veteran is selling lapel poppies outside the grocery store. I don’t do well in tracking holidays, so I am appreciative for this reminder to stop and be grateful for those who have come before me; those who served in war and lost their lives, and for others who came home forever changed by their experience.
